Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Custom or large orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped using:

• USPS Ground Advantage

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Typical U.S. delivery times:

• 3–7 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many countries.

Estimated international delivery times:

• 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Please note:

• Customs delays are outside our control

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country

• Tracking updates may stop after the package leaves the United States depending on the destination country’s postal system

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

For some international shipments, tracking may show as “Delivered” at the final United States processing facility before the package clears customs or transfers to the destination country’s postal carrier.

This does not always mean the package has been delivered to the customer’s address.

Once the package arrives in the destination country:

• Tracking may continue under the local postal service

• Tracking updates may be delayed

• The tracking number may update differently depending on the country

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

• Contact us immediately

• We cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located:

• Please contact your local post office first

• Then contact us if additional assistance is needed

Handmade Items

Because our products are handmade:

• Pattern placement may vary slightly

• Snap colors and small details may vary slightly from photos

These variations are normal and part of the handmade nature of our products.
