Thank you for supporting Little Gates Creations. Because our products are handmade and many items are custom or made-to-order, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You received the wrong item

• There is a problem with your order

Photos of the issue may be required to help resolve the problem.

Sizing Responsibility

Please carefully review sizing information before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchase.

We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Because many items are handmade quickly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS or postal carriers

• Customs processing

• Weather delays

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
